1. Entity Status

Narrabrain Labs Private Limited (CIN: U63111MH2026PTC471492) is an active legal entity incorporated in India. All technical frameworks described, including the SCLC Engine and neuro-symbolic architecture, are proprietary specifications.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

By accessing and using Narrabrain's survey, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • You provide truthful and accurate information in your responses
  • You acknowledge your responses may inform our product development
  • You grant Narrabrain the right to use anonymized feedback for research and insights

3. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

Access to Narrabrain's whitepaper, documentation, and technical specifications is granted for institutional evaluation only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially sell the SCLC architecture or neuro-symbolic framework specifications
  • Create derivative works or systems mimicking our proprietary logic without explicit written consent
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract algorithmic designs from our documentation
  • Use our intellectual property to develop competing solutions

4. Survey Responses & Feedback Rights

Regarding your survey participation:

  • You retain intellectual property rights to your responses
  • Narrabrain may use aggregated and anonymized insights for product research, feature development, and public case studies
  • Your individual survey responses remain completely confidential and private
  • You may request deletion of your responses at any time by contacting hello@narrabrain.in

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Narrabrain Labs and its survey platform are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use our services. This includes damages from third-party claims related to your participation.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Narrabrain's services shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction and resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Mumbai. Both parties agree to binding arbitration as the sole remedy for disputes.

7. Modifications to Terms

Narrabrain Labs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the survey following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
