DPDP Act (India) 2023 Compliance
1. Collection and Intent
We collect:
- Contact information (name, email) to manage beta access and product updates
- Survey responses (workflow preferences, creative pain points, AI adoption insights) to develop and improve Narrabrain
This data is handled exclusively by the founder and stored securely. Survey data may be aggregated and anonymized for product research and insights, but will never publicly identify you.
2. Data Residency and Processing
Your personal data is transmitted securely and stored within our protected cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace). Processing is overseen manually by the founder to maintain strict data integrity. Survey responses are stored in encrypted private sheets accessible only to authorized personnel.
3. Your Rights & Consent Withdrawal
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023), you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and survey responses
- Request correction or modification of your data
- Withdraw your consent and request full erasure at any time

4. Grievance Redressal
